2. Processing Time
    •    In-stock items: Ship within 2–4 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or direct manufacturer shipping to ensure your items arrive safely. You may select your preferred shipping option at checkout when available.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

5. Delivery Time frames

Delivery time varies by destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 5 business days. We will assist you in filing a claim with:
    •    The shipping carrier, or
    •    The manufacturer, if your item was shipped directly from their facility.

Note: The Billiard Boutique is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping providers.

7. Showroom Pickup (If Applicable)

Customers in the South Florida area may request local pickup at our showroom.        We will contact you once your order is ready for pickup.
